x_O is a community publishing platform where people can share ideas, knowledge, experiences, opinions, tutorials, reviews, and stories. These Terms of Use explain how our platform works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you as a member or visitor.

We want x_O to remain an open, welcoming, and useful place for everyone. By accessing or using x_O, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About x_O

x_O provides a platform for registered members to publish and share content across a range of topics, including business, technology, entertainment, lifestyle, tutorials, humor, personal experiences, opinions, and other subjects relevant to the community.

Our goal is to encourage open participation while promoting responsible publishing, respect for others, and transparency.

Unless a page, statement, or publication is explicitly identified as official x_O content, articles and other contributions published by members represent the views and responsibilities of their respective authors. They should not automatically be interpreted as the official position of x_O.

2. Eligibility and Membership

Some features of x_O, including submitting articles, are available only to registered members.

When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the extent reasonably required for registration and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or use an identity in a way that deceives or harms others.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities carried out through it. Please contact us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without your permission.

We may introduce additional membership requirements where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its community.

3. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the articles, comments, images, links, and other materials you submit, upload, or publish through x_O.

By submitting content, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge and belief:

• You have the necessary rights, permissions, or legal basis to publish the content.
• Your content does not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
• You have made reasonable efforts to ensure that factual claims are accurate, particularly when they concern identifiable people, businesses, or organizations.
• You have identified sources where appropriate, especially for news reporting, factual claims based on external information, quotations, and material that readers may reasonably need to verify.
• You have disclosed relevant sponsorships, affiliate relationships, paid promotions, and other material commercial connections.
• Your content complies with these Terms and the applicable x_O policies.

You must not use x_O to publish unlawful content, engage in fraud, distribute malicious software, conduct harassment, expose private information without an appropriate basis, or otherwise misuse the platform.

You remain responsible for your contributions even after publication. Publishing content on x_O does not transfer responsibility for its accuracy, legality, or originality to the platform.

4. Publication and Editorial Review

x_O supports open community publishing and generally operates on a presumption of good faith.

Ordinary member articles may be published without prior editorial review. We do not promise that every article will be checked, fact-checked, or approved by an editor before it becomes publicly available.

This approach allows members to share their ideas and experiences without unnecessary barriers. It does not mean that every published statement has been verified or endorsed by x_O.

Some submissions may require additional review where reasonably necessary, including cases involving significant privacy concerns, potential legal violations, suspected copyright infringement, credible allegations of serious harm, or other substantial risks.

After publication, x_O may review content in response to a report, a correction request, newly available information, or another legitimate concern. Depending on the circumstances, we may request changes, add a clarification, restrict access, remove content, or take another proportionate action.

Publication without prior review should not be interpreted as a guarantee of accuracy, an endorsement, or a promise that the content will remain available indefinitely.

5. Content Standards and Moderation

We welcome respectful discussion, different viewpoints, constructive criticism, personal stories, and good-faith disagreement.

However, openness does not mean that every type of content or behavior is acceptable.

We may take action against content or conduct involving, for example:

• Threats, targeted harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Unlawful content or content that creates a serious and credible risk of harm.
• Doxxing or inappropriate disclosure of private or sensitive information.
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive practices, or malicious links.
• Spam, repetitive promotional material, or manipulation of platform features.
• Copyright infringement or other violations of intellectual property rights.
• Serious factual allegations presented irresponsibly or without an adequate basis.
• Undisclosed material commercial relationships where disclosure is required by our policies.
• Attempts to interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of x_O.

Depending on the circumstances, moderation may involve contacting the author, requesting corrections, adding a notice, restricting content, removing a post, limiting account features, suspending an account, or terminating membership.

We aim to handle reports fairly and proportionately. We may consider the seriousness of the issue, the available evidence, the context, the potential impact on others, and any response from the author.

6. Copyright Ownership and License to x_O

You generally retain ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in content you create and lawfully publish on x_O.

By submitting and publishing content, you grant x_O a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and make reasonable technical or editorial adjustments to that content for the purposes of operating, maintaining, presenting, and promoting the platform.

This license allows x_O to make your published content available to readers, display it in relevant areas of the platform, format it for different devices, and promote the platform or the article through reasonable channels.

The license does not transfer ownership of your work to x_O. You remain free to use, republish, or license your work elsewhere, subject to any separate agreements you may have made with other parties.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this license. If your submission includes third-party materials, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions or establishing the legal basis required for their use.

Where practical and appropriate, x_O will respect authorship and attribution. Reasonable technical formatting, layout adjustments, moderation, and other changes necessary to operate the platform may be made without changing the fundamental meaning of your work.

The license continues for as long as the content remains published on x_O and for any additional period reasonably necessary to complete its removal from the platform or to fulfill applicable legal obligations. If the content is removed, x_O will no longer use it for ordinary publication or promotion purposes, except where continued use is legally justified or necessary to resolve a specific legal claim.

Nothing in this section requires x_O to keep an article published indefinitely or prevents an author from requesting its removal.

7. Account Closure, Article Availability, and Content Removal

Closing or deleting an account and removing published content are separate processes.

7.1 What Happens When You Close Your Account?

When your account is closed or deleted, you will lose access to the account and the member features associated with it.

Closing your account does not automatically mean that every article or post you previously published will be deleted.

To preserve the continuity of the community and avoid unintentionally removing useful public contributions, previously published articles may remain available for public reading after your account is closed.

Where appropriate, the displayed author attribution may be adjusted. For example, an article may retain the author’s existing display name with a special notation indicating that the account is no longer active, and/or the link to the author’s profile may be removed.

The precise presentation may depend on the platform’s available features and the circumstances of the account closure.

7.2 Requesting the Removal of an Article

If you want a particular article or post removed, you should submit a separate content removal request through the appropriate channel.

We will assess the request in accordance with our applicable policies, taking into account relevant circumstances such as privacy, safety, authorship, legal obligations, and the interests of affected parties.

Account closure alone should not be treated as confirmation that your previously published content has been removed.

7.3 Content Removal and Retained Technical Copies

When an article or post is approved for removal, x_O will take the necessary steps to remove it from public access and the relevant active content systems.

However, copies of content may temporarily remain in technical systems used to operate and maintain the platform, including databases, backups, system logs, or hosting infrastructure.

The removal of these residual copies may take additional time and will generally take longer than 24 hours. Such copies may remain until they are overwritten, expire, or are removed through the relevant maintenance and data-retention processes.

We do not promise that every residual technical copy will be immediately or simultaneously erased from all systems. The time required may vary depending on the system in which the copy is held and the technical process involved.

This does not mean that x_O intends to keep removed content available for ordinary publication or use. We will not intentionally restore removed content to public access through our normal publishing operations.

Third parties may independently collect, crawl, cache, index, copy, quote, or archive publicly available content. Examples include search engines, Internet Archive, web crawlers, and other archiving or indexing services. We cannot guarantee that these third-party copies will be deleted when the original content is removed from x_O.

Where appropriate, you may need to contact the relevant third-party service to request removal of a cached page, archived copy, search result, or other independently stored material.

8. Opinions, Reviews, and User-Generated Information

Content published by members may contain personal opinions, interpretations, experiences, reviews, predictions, or information that has not been independently verified by x_O.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such content is attributable to its author and does not necessarily reflect the views of x_O, its operators, or its partners.

We do not guarantee that all user-generated content is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose. Readers should exercise their own judgment and verify important information before relying on it.

If you identify a factual error or have a legitimate concern about published content, please contact us through the appropriate reporting or correction channel.

9. Sponsored Content, Advertising, and Affiliate Links

x_O may provide or display advertising, sponsored content, affiliate links, promotional material, and other commercial content.

Where applicable, x_O will provide clear disclosures identifying commercial relationships. Members who submit content must also disclose relevant relationships, including sponsorships, payments, affiliate commissions, free products or services, and other material benefits connected with their articles or recommendations.

Contributors may be asked to declare these relationships before publishing. We may require additional disclosures or decline to publish or retain content that does not meet our transparency requirements.

An article’s presence on x_O does not, by itself, mean that x_O endorses the featured product, service, company, or recommendation.

Commercial relationships should not be presented in a way that misleads readers about the nature, independence, or purpose of the content.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use x_O for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes.
• Publish content that violates these Terms or other applicable x_O policies.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the platform.
• Upload malware or distribute harmful code.
• Use automated tools to abuse, overload, scrape, or manipulate the platform in ways that violate our policies or applicable law.
• Misrepresent paid promotions, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or other material connections.
• Circumvent reasonable moderation measures or repeatedly create accounts to evade restrictions.
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim to represent x_O.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent lawful, good-faith criticism, responsible security research, or legitimate use of publicly available information.

11. Account Restrictions and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated violations of these Terms, protect the community, respond to security concerns, comply with legal obligations, or prevent misuse of the platform.

Where appropriate, we may first contact the member, explain the concern, or provide an opportunity to correct the issue. However, we may act without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary, including in cases involving security risks, suspected fraud, serious harm, or legal requirements.

Where reasonably practicable, members may contact us to ask for clarification or request reconsideration of a moderation decision.

Members may also request account closure through available account features or by contacting us. As explained in Section 7, closing an account does not automatically remove previously published articles or posts.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

We process personal information in connection with operating and maintaining x_O, managing accounts, communicating with members, protecting the platform, and providing relevant services.

Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy and related privacy notices.

Before publishing personal stories or information about other people, please consider the privacy implications. Do not assume that publicly accessible content will remain private or that removing content from x_O will erase copies held independently by third parties.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

x_O may contain links to external websites, services, or resources. We may also rely on third-party services to support hosting, security, analytics, communications, advertising, or other platform functions.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and policies. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, x_O does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, or data-handling practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

14. Availability and Changes to the Platform

We aim to keep x_O available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any particular feature or item of content.

We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date shown at the beginning of this page. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of significant changes.

Your continued use of x_O after updated Terms become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Disclaimers

x_O is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the platform or its content will always be accurate, complete, secure, available, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee particular results from using information, tutorials, reviews, recommendations, or other material published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, x_O and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, your inability to access it, or your reliance on user-generated content.

This provision does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws.

17. Responsibility for Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct or material violation of these Terms, including infringement of another person’s rights through content you submit.

This provision does not require you to assume responsibility for losses caused by x_O’s own unlawful conduct or for any matter where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory legal protections or rights that may apply to users.

We encourage members to contact us first so that concerns can be discussed and, where possible, resolved informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled through the appropriate dispute resolution process or competent forum under applicable Indonesian law.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal rights or remedies available to you under Indonesian law.
